The X and Y Axis adopt the precision grade rolling linear guideway of CZPT or PMI, which is compact in structure, stable in movement and high in precision, high stability mechanical guidance system.
The Z-axis adopts hardened grinding rectangular guide rails, and the sliding surface pastes the Turcite B-HP wear-resistant soft belt imported from America, which has high contact rigidity.

The machine adopts cross slide bed structure, reasonable structure layout, the machine has enough strength, rigidity and stability, good maintenance technology. After repeated experiments, the machine tool has good dynamic performance, accurate motion control, stable machining accuracy and good maintainability Parts can automatically complete milling, drilling, expanding, boring, reaming, tapping and other processes under 1 clamping.
